# Investment suitability assessment

**Use case:** This tool automates the assessment of a persons suitability to different investment approaches. Find out more in our [Case Study](https://rainbird.ai/case-study/killik-co-enhancing-compliance-and-client-experience-with-rainbird/).

**End-user:** Investment Manager

**Solution:** Rainbird was integrated into a CRM system. At the click of a button, detailed information about a client is sent to Rainbird for scoring. The suitability of each investment approach, complete with an audit trail, is updated in the clients CRM record.

**Expertise:** The knowledge map replicates the expertise of an investment manager, unified across the team to ensure high-quality and consistent decisions are given. This considers the clients risk profile, financial circumstances and ability to weather losses amongst other factors.

**Data:** Expertise is stored in the knowledge map, client-specific data is injected into Rainbird at runtime.
