# Environments

Rainbird has multiple [hosting options](https://docs.rainbird.ai/rainbird/getting-started/hosting-options) available, so it's important to ensure you use the appropriate URL for your environment.

If you have a Community account the API can be accessed at:

```
https://api.rainbird.ai
```

For Enterprise users the API can be accessed at:

```
https://enterprise-api.rainbird.ai
```

If you use an environment that is privately hosted or self-hosted, you will have a custom URL.
