Rainbird has multiple hosting options available, so it's important to ensure you use the appropriate URL for your environment.

If you have a Community account the API can be accessed at:

https://api.rainbird.ai

For Enterprise users the API can be accessed at:

https://enterprise-api.rainbird.ai

If you use an environment that is privately hosted or self-hosted, you will have a custom URL.
